Turkey Tail Stone

                                          Hook: 2xl dry fly.

                                          Thread: Black 8/0

                                          Body: Mix dubbing of Grey squirrel, dark red, brown.

                                          Hackle: Black.

                                          Wing: Turkey Fan Feather, White Tail Deer hair.
Note: Change body colors to match your hatch with this simple and effective pattern.

Parachute Turkey Stone

                                          Hook: Standard dry fly.
                                          Thread: Black 8/0.
                                          Body: Super fine black.
                                          Hackle: Grizzly.
                                          Wing: Turkey fan feather.
                                          Post: polymer.
Note: I usually tie this fly in sizes #20-18 for spring hatches of tiny black Stone Flies.

Tiny black stone

                                          Hook: Standard dry fly.
                                          Thread: Black 8/0.
                                          Body: Super fine black.
                                          Hackle: Black.
                                          Wing: White Tail Deer.

Two tone stone

                                          Hook: 2xl and or standard dry fly.
                                          Thread: Black 8/0.
                                          Body: Super fine black, rusty red.
                                          Hackle: Black, brown.
                                          Wing: White Tail deer.
Note: change the colors of dubbing and hackles to best match your hatch.
